Residential real estate sales by members of the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors (LBAR) totaled 8,328 reported sales totaling $1,417,967,435 as of Dec. 31, 2012, according to a press release.
“The market outlook for 2013 is positive as the signs of a turnaround continue. Realtors are encouraged by the growth in sales during 2012 and the extremely low interest rate environment,” said 2013 LBAR President Al Blevins.
