Two downtown buildings will be the venue for this year’s Urban Mountain Challenge.
The challenge begins at the 300 W. Vine St. Building and continues across the street at the Lexington Financial Center. Participants may choose to complete one building (22 stories) or both buildings for a total of 51 stories.
The first runner will begin at 7:30 a.m. Jan. 26, with following runners starting every 15 seconds.
This is second year for the Urban Mountain Challenge. In 2012, 340 participants climbed 29 stories in the Lexington Financial Center. The winner completed the 29 stories in two minutes and 46 seconds.
