GoodGiving unveils “golden ticket” to entice under-35 crowd

Organizers of Smiley Pete Publishing and Blue Grass Community Foundation’s GoodGiving Guide, a fundraising platform that has raised over $1 million for area non-profits since November, have created the Incentive of All Incentives for young folks to donate to the campaign.

Between now at Dec. 31, everyone between the ages of 21 and 36 who donates at least $15 to any of the 107 charities represented at www.GoodGivingGuide.org will be entered to win a very special Golden Ticket. This All Access Pass will be good for free admission for the winner + a guest to ALL SHOWS at Buster’s, TrusT, Cosmic Charlie’s, Al’s Bar, The Green Lantern Bar, Willie’s Locally Known, The Kentucky Theater, Keeneland (Spring Meet Outdoor Box), Lexington Legend’s Season Passes, Singletary Center, EKU Center for the Arts, a weekend pass to the Bunbury Music Festival in Cincinnati, Crave Lexington Food and Music Maker’s Festival food and beverage tickets, season tickets to Actors Guild of Lexington, Downtown Arts Center, Studio Players Community Theatre, Kentucky Conservatory Theatre’s Summerfest Series, weekly pass to the Chamber Music Festival of Lexington, The Troubadour Series, Lexington Philharmonic, WoodSongs Old-Time Radio Hour, some Rupp Arena and Lexington Opera House shows and more.

Who is eligible to enter?
If you are between the ages of 21 and 36* and give at least $15.00* or more to any of 107 local charities through www.goodgivingguide.net you will be entered to win. You will be asked to verify your birthday upon entry.

What? How?
Every $15 dollar increment gets you an entry. Give $15 you are entered once. Give $150 you are entered 10 times!
