    3. First Time Mom’s Hen & Chick’s meeting

      A free support group for first-time moms and their infants from birth to 6 months. Donna Miles, a certified postpartum doula, will act as facilitator as participants chat, laugh, share and support one another through one of the biggest life-changing events of a woman’s life. Meetings will begin with gentle upper body stretches for those tired “mommy muscles,” followed by some chat time and ending with a fun or relaxing activity.
